Do I need to link a card?
If you want to buy one of the packages (Standard/Vip), you need to link your card. However, if you prefer not to provide it while on the FREE package, you can buy points using BLIK.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, a VAT invoice is issued automatically after each payment and is sent to your email address as well as to your Ofertator account.
Will there be an additional charge for the new modules?
No — at the moment, all new modules are included in the subscription price, and we do not plan to change that. The only extra option you can purchase is increasing the offer limit, if your scale requires it. However, we have good news for those who want to be first to try new features — we actively invite users to beta tests. Thanks to this, you can get access to a new module earlier and free of charge for a certain period of time. If we ever decide to change this approach, we will let you know in advance before anything is charged.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no hidden obligations. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid period – we do not charge any fees for early termination.
Can the subscription cost change from day to day?
No, if we raise the prices you will get a notification at least 2 weeks in advance, we always want to be fair with you!
