What's new in Ofertator

From now on, we will publish a list of changes in Ofertator every two weeks—so you know what has improved and what new things you can try out.

What's new?

Your product listings scoring

Ofertator now checks how good your listing is and scores it. It takes into account photos, description, title, parameters, product condition and whether you have Allegro Smart enabled.

In addition:

• You can now search for your listings more easily—by words, brands, categories or whether they have the required information (GPSR)

• Listings can be grouped by category and brand

• While on your listings list, you can go to generating a description, title, setting parameters, changing photos or copying a listing with just one click

Automatic parameter setting (AI Parameters)

Artificial intelligence can now match parameters to your listing based on the product description—and do it for many listings at once. You can also quickly change parameters manually, also for many listings simultaneously.

Photo management

• You can delete photos and change their order

• You can add photos to several listings at once, without repeating this action for each listing separately

• You can choose which photo should be the main thumbnail of the listing

Tytułomat (improved title generator)

Creating titles now works similarly to creating descriptions: step-by-step, with the possibility of running several processes at once and with the possibility of writing your own instructions for artificial intelligence.

Flexible bundles (improved)

We have adapted the operation of bundles to Allegro's new requirements.

Referral program — invite friends and win together

You can now recommend Ofertator to your friends in two ways:

1. Give your code to a friend — you will find it in the referral program panel or get it upon registration. If a friend uses your code and buys Ofertator, you both get 500 points.

2. Write about Ofertator online — if you mention us on a blog, in a Facebook group or in a comment, paste the link in the referral program panel. Depending on how many people see it, you will get points on your account.

Ofertator Academy — new video tutorials

We recorded short videos showing how to use Ofertator:

What we fixed

Linking with your Allegro account

• We fixed a problem with disconnecting the Allegro account, which sometimes didn't work

• We fixed a situation where after connecting a second Allegro account it was not visible in Ofertator

• We fixed cases where Allegro informed that everything succeeded, but the account was not actually connected

Product bundles

• We fixed a bug where adding two similar products to a bundle broke the whole bundle

• Searching for listings in bundles now works correctly, regardless of the order in which you type the words

Creating descriptions and titles

• We fixed a bug where with a custom template sometimes only one image appeared, even though there were more in the template

• We removed unnecessary characters (asterisks) sometimes appearing in descriptions

• We fixed a bug where during title corrections, the wrong number of points was deducted

Payments and points

• We fixed situations where after making a payment, points were not added to the account

Listing management

• We fixed searching for ended listings — now all of them appear on the list, even if they are still visible on Allegro

• We fixed a bug when copying listings — both between different accounts and within the same account

Logging in to the account

• We fixed an issue where the password reset link sometimes did not reach the email after logging out

What we are preparing in the near future

• More video tutorials: about Tytułomat, Parameters, photos, copying and listing bundles

• Grafikomat in test version (+/- 1–2 weeks) — automatic creation of thumbnails on Allegro (with a frame, on a white background) and "lifestyle" photos

• Possibility of launching several actions at once — e.g. you select 10 listings and with one click launch Tytułomat, Opisomat and parameter setting at the same time

• Possibility of listing completely new offers on Allegro straight from Ofertator (tests planned for late July / early August)

• Bundles for products sold in larger quantities

• Further fixes based on your reports
